These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of the NivotraGo platform, including its website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing, registering, or using NivotraGo, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
“Company” refers to Nivotra Private Limited
“Platform” refers to NivotraGo (app, website, services)
“User” includes customers, vendors, delivery partners, and visitors
“Vendor” refers to sellers offering goods/services
“Delivery Partner” refers to individuals facilitating delivery
“Order” means a request placed by a customer through the Platform
Users must be 18 years or older to use the Platform
Vendors and Delivery Partners must provide valid legal documents
The Company reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion
NivotraGo is a technology-enabled marketplace and service facilitation platform that:
Connects customers with local vendors
Enables order placement and coordination
Facilitates delivery through vendors or delivery partners
Provides payment and customer support tools
⚠️ The Company does not manufacture, stock, or own products listed by vendors.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information
Use the Platform for lawful purposes only
Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt services
Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
The Company is not responsible for losses caused due to user negligence.
Prices are set by vendors and displayed on the Platform
Delivery charges, platform fees, and taxes (if any) are shown before checkout
The Company may facilitate COD, UPI, or online payments
Payment failures, delays, or gateway issues are subject to third-party providers
The Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders due to unavailability, pricing errors, or compliance issues.
Delivery timelines are estimated, not guaranteed
Delays due to weather, traffic, vendor issues, or force majeure are not the Company’s liability
In some cases, vendors may self-deliver
The Company acts as a facilitator, not a logistics carrier.
Are responsible for product quality, legality, pricing, and compliance
Must hold valid licenses (GST, FSSAI, MSME, etc. if applicable)
Are liable for customer complaints related to products
Are independent service providers, not employees
Must comply with traffic laws and safety norms
Are responsible for lawful conduct during delivery
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on order status and vendor policy
Refund timelines depend on payment mode and gateway
The Company may mediate disputes but is not obligated to guarantee refunds unless legally required
All trademarks, logos, software, content, and designs on NivotraGo are the exclusive property of Nivotra Private Limited.
Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
The Company is not responsible for vendor product quality or delivery partner conduct
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the last transaction
The Company may suspend or terminate access without notice if:
Terms are violated
Fraud or misuse is suspected
Required documents are invalid or expired
Required by law or authority
The Company shall not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, internet failures, government actions, or pandemics.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Hazaribagh, Jharkhand.
The Company may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
