At NivotraGo, we strive to deliver fresh, safe, and high-quality groceries and daily-need products to our customers. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of grocery items, our return, replacement, and refund policy is designed to ensure product safety, hygiene, and fairness for all users.

1. Non-Returnable Items

Most grocery and daily-use items listed on NivotraGo are non-returnable.

Once an order is delivered, items cannot be returned due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Taste or preference issues

  • Incorrect selection by the customer

This policy is necessary to maintain food safety and quality standards.

2. Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund

A replacement or refund request will be considered only in the following situations:

  • Damaged Items: Items physically damaged at the time of delivery

  • Defective / Expired Items: Items that are expired, spoiled, or unfit for consumption

  • Incorrect Items: Wrong product, variant, or quantity delivered

All such cases are subject to verification by the NivotraGo support team.

3. Reporting Timelines (Strictly Enforced)

To ensure quick resolution and quality control, issues must be reported within the timelines mentioned below:

🥬 Fresh & Perishable Goods

(fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat, bakery items)

  • Issues must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery

🧃 Non-Perishable Goods

(packaged groceries, beverages, household items)

  • Issues must be reported within 72 hours of delivery

⚠️ Requests raised beyond these timelines will not be accepted under any circumstances.

4. Conditions for Incorrect Item Returns

Replacement or refund for incorrectly delivered items is allowed only if:

  • The product is sealed, unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • Product labels and tags are intact

❌ Opened, consumed, or partially used items will not be accepted for return or replacement.

5. Process for Requesting Replacement or Refund

To raise a request, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your NivotraGo account

  2. Go to My Orders and select the affected order/item

  3. Choose the issue type (Damaged / Expired / Incorrect)

  4. Upload clear photo or video evidence for verification

  5. Submit the request

Our support team will review the request and notify you of the approval or rejection.

6. Refund Method & Timelines

  • All approved refunds will be credited only to the NivotraGo Wallet

  • Wallet balance:

    • Is non-transferable

    • Cannot be withdrawn to a bank account, UPI, or external payment method

    • Can be used only for future purchases on NivotraGo

⏳ Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

7. Limitation of Liability

NivotraGo acts as a technology and service facilitation platform.
We reserve the right to:

  • Reject refund or replacement requests that do not meet policy conditions

  • Request additional information or proof for verification

Decisions taken by NivotraGo in accordance with this policy shall be final and binding, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
